Team DELTA gathers in the heart of Europe to present project progress to date

The DELTA consortium met with the European Commission Project Officer to review project achievements and next steps at the Joint Research Centre in Brussels on Thursday 30th January 2020.

The agenda was full and included a management presentation, overviews of each work package, presentations of the main achievements and next steps within each task, and informative demonstrations of the developed tools. The upcoming pilots in the UK and Cyprus were discussed in detail, the DELTA Fog-enabled Intelligent Device (FEID) was showcased and the brand-new animated demo videos explaining the DELTA solutions were presented. Insightful questions, comments and tips were received from the Project Officer.

Twelve partners representing nine out of ten DELTA partner organisations were present on the day, and the tenth organisation was represented by two partners attending the meeting remotely. The active development, integration, pilot preparation and other activities will continue as we are entering the 22nd month of the project. The DELTA team is looking forward to the next face-to-face meeting in the spring. Stay tuned for further updates.
