The DELTA project partners gathered for the summer 2019 plenary meeting in Ispra, Italy 11–12 June 2019. The meeting was hosted by the Ispra-based partners at the Joint Research Centre.

22 partners representing all 10 partner organisations gathered in the Northern Italian town to discuss the status of the project and to agree on next steps and future activities. The meeting was chaired by Dimos Ioannidis (CERTH), and the two-day agenda was full of interesting presentations given by the leaders of all work packages. The presentations covered key achievements made, potential issues and next steps in each work package.

The DELTA team is satisfied with the progress made in the first year of the project and looks forward to the next phase and the run-up to the pilots.

Ispra offered the consortium not only successful meeting outcomes but also beautiful landscapes and a generous dose of sunshine.

The next plenary meeting will be held in Madrid on 10-11 October 2019.
