The Delta kick-off meeting was hosted by the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) in Thessaloiki between the 7^th and 8^th  May, 2018. All ten project partners and the European Commission were represented at the two-day meeting hosted by the project coordinator CERTH in the second largest city in Greece.

The Delta kick-off meeting was hosted by the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) in Thessaloiki between the 7^th and 8^th  May, 2018. All ten project partners and the European Commission were represented at the two-day meeting hosted by the project coordinator CERTH in the second largest city in Greece.

From the start of the two days CERTH sparked inspiring discussions around the vision and objectives of the Delta project. All partners were given the chance to introduce their organisation and present their role in the project as well as share ideas and sow seeds for a successful three-year working relationship.

The European Commission gave the consortium an informative overview of what is expected from H2020 projects and useful tips on how to deal with challenges that are likely to surface during the lifetime of the project.

The kick-off meeting was fruitful and paved the way for strong cooperation on the path to establishing the Delta brand as synonymous with the development of next generation Demand Response (DR) Frameworks that will support the delivery of Energy Efficiency targets.

The next Delta project meeting is planned to be held in Cyprus at the end of August 2018.
